We are looking for a Design Director/ Chief Designer to join our growing team in Beijing
Responsibilities:*Working with Principal and Design Team on all related projects.*Green or LEED design*Documenting projects from design to installation.*Millwork design and detailing.*Space Planning.
*Concept Design
*Client Communication and Presentation*Site visits and documentation.
*Involved in all aspects of a project from conception to completion.
Requirements:
*Minimum 10 years experience.*Ability to be a leader with a take-charge attitude.*Ability to delegate project tasks.*Must work well independently with clients.*Knowledge of Modern Furniture Resources.*Strong organizational skills; ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task.*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, to work both independently and closely with others.*English verbal and written communication skills.*Attention to detail and sound quantitative skills.*Comfort with technology.
